Thank you for your interest in DANMACHOMES. Skipping the multitude of work experience (construction, mechanics, fishing, grocery, food service etc etc etc) and onto the late 80's - I worked my way up to a mortgage officer position with a major trust company, but banking was not all that exciting or fullfilling (for me at least). Thankfully during my tenure there I met many professional Realtors that were full of passion for their industry. Then it hit me; I realized with all my work/business/life experience I was ideally suited for a career in Real Estate. 

A career where remuneration is gauged solely by the effort one puts in, and I began to live by this creed;

"I can have anything I want in life..

but ONLY if I help enough other people get what THEY want first"

    I've volunteered for charities such as Rotary Club (Service Before Self), Canadian Cancer Society, MS Society, and closest to my heart - Big Brothers of Greater Vancouver. I became a Big Brother in 1991, mentoring "Little Brother" Kurtis for 10 years at which point BB's close matches officially. Now over 25 years later Kurt and I are still together. We're more like father and son now which means the world to me, and we get together whenever our schedules allow. I strongly encourage you to enrich a child's life - and your own, by volunteering as a Big Brother or Big Sister. Based on the longevity of our relationship, there is no doubt it is one of the most rewarding life experiences you'll ever have! 
  I'm blessed to have enjoyed 20+ years together with my dynamic and loving (Commercial/Residential Realtor) wife Sonya, www.sonyajoreich.ca and beautiful step-daughter Natasha.
   I study the teachings of authors such as Stephen Covey, Dale Carnegie, Peter Legge, Brian Tracy to name a few. They form the foundation for building solid long-term business and personal relationships with the people I encounter. Their lessons also provide the strength required to go the extra mile for those who's paths I cross in my business and personal life.
